Privacy policy
TurnAround is a product and brand of Drizzle Technologies™ and is operated by Drizzle Technologies([DRIZZLE LEGAL NAME AND ENTITY TYPE]), Sheridan, Wyoming. This policy says what information TurnAround holds, why, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do with it. "We" and "us" mean Drizzle Technologies. "You" means a business that subscribes to TurnAround and the people it lets sign in.
What we hold
- Your sign-in details. Each user's name, email address and password. The password is never stored in a form anyone can read back.
- What you put in. The contacts, businesses, deals, notes, pipelines, automations, tags, custom fields and files you add or bring in.
- Your messages. Texts and emails sent and received through the accounts you connect, so each conversation is kept on the right record.
- Your connections. The details needed to use an account you connect, such as a sign-in grant or a key. A saved secret is never shown again once it is saved.
- Consent records. When someone you contact opts out or back in, and how, kept as evidence for you.
- How the service is used. Basic records of sign-ins and requests, kept to run the service, keep it secure and fix problems.
What we use it for
Only to provide TurnAround to you: to show you your records, send the messages you or your automations send, read the replies, tell your team what needs attention, keep the service secure and support you when you ask. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data or your contacts' data to advertise to anyone.
The people in your records
The contacts in your account are your customers and leads, not ours. You decide what is kept about them and what is sent to them, and we handle their information on your behalf. A person who wants to see, correct or remove what you hold about them should ask you; we will help you answer. Every email an automation sends carries a way to opt out, and a text answered with STOP is honored.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run TurnAround, each only for its own part:
- our hosting provider, which runs the service;
- our database provider, which stores the information above;
- an AI provider, which drafts or revises message copy when a user asks for writing help, from what that user typed;
- an email delivery provider, where an email goes out through one rather than through your own mailbox;
- a web font provider, which serves the typefaces the screens use.
Each handles the information only to do that job for us. Card payments for a subscription, when taken online, are processed by Stripe; we never hold a full card number.
Accounts you connect
You can connect accounts of your own, and information passes between TurnAround and each one under your account with that service and its own terms. Live today: Microsoft 365, a custom email server, Twilio and Calendly. Coming soon: Gmail or Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Mailchimp, QuickBooks and Stripe. Each one uses only what is needed for what you connected it to do, and you can disconnect any of them in Settings at any time. Disconnecting deletes the saved secret.
Google user data
Connecting a Google account is coming soon. When you connect one, TurnAround uses the Google data you allow only to provide the features you connected it for: sending and reading email from your own mailbox, your calendar, and reading new rows from a sheet you choose as leads. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not used to train AI models, and not read by people except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
While your subscription is active, we keep what you keep. What you remove is removed. Consent records can be kept longer, because they are the evidence that a person asked not to be contacted.
Keeping it safe
We protect information with safeguards suited to what it is, limit who can reach it, and keep secrets out of sight once saved. Our support staff can look into an account only to help it, every such visit is listed in that account's Settings, and they can never send messages as you or see your passwords or connections.
Your choices
You can see, correct, export or delete what your account holds, and ask us to do any of it for you, by writing to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL]. We answer within the time the law where you are allows.
Children
TurnAround is a business tool, not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in TurnAround before the change takes effect, and the date at the top will change.
