Terms of service
TurnAround is a product and brand of Drizzle Technologies™ and is operated by Drizzle Technologies ([DRIZZLE LEGAL NAME AND ENTITY TYPE]), Sheridan, Wyoming. These terms are the agreement between Drizzle Technologies ("we", "us") and the business that subscribes ("you"). By signing in or using TurnAround, you agree to them.
1. Licensed, not sold
TurnAround is owned by Drizzle Technologies. Your subscription is a license to use it while the subscription is active. It gives you no ownership of the software, its design, its content, the TurnAround name or its logo. TurnAround™ and Drizzle Technologies™ are trademarks of Drizzle Technologies. Everything not expressly licensed to you here stays ours.
2. What the license does not allow
Without our written consent, you may not, and may not let anyone else:
- copy or reproduce TurnAround or any part of it;
- resell it, rent it out, or sublicense it;
- reverse engineer, decompile or take it apart to learn how it works;
- scrape it, or pull data out of it by automated means other than the exports it offers;
- use it, or anything learned from it, to build a competing product.
3. Showing it to your own clients under your brand
While your subscription is active, you may show TurnAround to your own clients under your own brand, using White label in Settings, as far as your subscription allows. Our ownership, trademark and license lines are then kept off every screen your clients can see. Everything in section 2 still applies, and you are responsible for your clients' use of it.
4. Live and Coming soon
TurnAround is still being built, and it shows where it is going. Every integration and feature is marked Live or Coming soon. A feature marked Coming soon is planned, not promised on any date, and is not part of your subscription until it is marked Live.
5. Your data
What you put into TurnAround is yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to the people you let sign in, only so we can provide the service to you. Our privacy policy says how we handle it.
6. Your responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else has them.
- Have the consent the law requires before you text or email anyone, and honor every request to stop. TurnAround helps with opt-outs; it does not make your messages lawful for you.
- The accounts you connect, such as your mailbox, Twilio or Calendly, are yours, under their own terms, and any charges from them are yours to pay.
- Do not use TurnAround to send spam, to break the law, or to harm the service or anyone using it.
7. Subscription and ending it
Your subscription runs for the period and price you agreed when you signed up. You can end it at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. When a subscription ends, the license ends with it.
8. The service as it is
We work to keep TurnAround running and your data safe, but it is provided as it is and as available, without warranties beyond those the law does not let us exclude. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in TurnAround before the change takes effect, and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use it after that means you accept the change.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Drizzle Technologies is formed, and any dispute is heard in the courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
